The present civil application is filed in disposed of writ petition seeking correction in father's name of Petitioner No. 2/Applicant No. 2. According to the applicants, due to typographical error and inadvertent mistake, father's name of Petitioner No. 2 is wrongly mentioned as 'Bhagwan' which should be 'Shrimant'.

The learned advocate for respondent No. 2 has no objection for the correction in father's name of Petitioner No. 2. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
