Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 92 days condoned in filing the criminal appeal. The appellant is the original accused in Sessions Case No.33 of 2022, who has been held guilty on 23.02.2023 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Udgir for committing offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard learned Advocate Mr. Aashish P. Deshmukh holding for learned Advocate Mr. Sachin S. Deshmukh for the applicant and learned APP Mr. A. M. Phule for respondent - State.
