By this application, the applicants take exception to the F.I.R. No. 79/2015, registered on 3rd April, 2015 with Police Station, Gangakhed, District Parbhani for the offences punishable under sections 307, 329, 365, 342, 427, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicants makes oral prayer for grant of adjournment. The same stands rejected.

We have gone through the allegations made in

criapln4383-2016 the F.I.R. It needs investigation. It is informed that the chargesheet is filed. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this application. If advised, the applicants can approach the concerned Court by filing an application with a prayer to discharge them from the proceeding. In case such an application is filed by the applicants in the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from today, the concerned Court shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible; however, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing the application. With these directions, the criminal application stands dismissed.
