The present writ petition has been filed for seeking a direction to respondent No. 1 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2023, in the matter of enhancement of pension of Member ID No. NAUR006.4089.000000909, as per the amended scheme of 2014, and thereby start the enhancement pension to the petitioner in view of the said scheme. It appears that the petitioner has filed one more representation on 27.01.2025. 2.

The learned standing counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 submits that the representations of the petitioner would be decided within one week.
