It is an application for condonation of delay moved by the applicants. There seems to be delay of 36 days in preferring the appeal.

Heard Ms Pallavi Wangikar, holding for Mr. R. V. Gore, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Mundada, learned counsel for respondent No.2. None present for respondent No.1 when the matter is called out.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, paragraphs 4 and 5, it is necessary to condone the delay in the interest of justice. Hence, the following order is passed:
