We have heard Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P.

The learned counsel submits that the District Judge has passed order in October 2017 directing to hold the elections within four months. The Election Officer is also appointed on 06.09.2018. However, as yet elections are not held and ad-hoc body had given advertisement inviting enrollment of new members. The ad-hoc body does not have any authority to enroll new members. 3.

The petitioner in such case has got remedy before the Assistant Charity Commissioner/Joint Charity Commissioner. The petitioner may raise his

(2) 929-wp-9568-2019 grievance in all these aspects before the competent authority.

In case, such an application is made by the petitioner, the competent authority shall take decision upon the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously.

Writ Petition is disposed of.

6.

All contention of parties are kept open.

No costs.
