Mr. Rudrawar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working in respondent No.5- Ashram School. The said Ahram School is de-recognized. The petitioner was permanent employee with the said school and approval was also granted to the appointment of the petitioner. The last order i dated 3rd April,2012, wherein the approval is granted for the year 2010-2011. According to the learned counsel, as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner had given representation and the same is also decided by the Appellate Authority and Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Dept., Latur wherein it is stated that the case of the petitioner is required to be considered under Rule 25A of the MEPS Rules till the petitioner is not being absorbed. 2.

Mr. Patil, the learned AGP submits that in view of the order passed by appellate authority, the petitioner can be kept in the list of surplus candidates to be absorbed in the Ashram School. 1/2

In the light of above, the respondents shall place the petitioner in the list of surplus candidates to be absorbed in Ashram Schools and shall take steps to absorb the petitioner as per the seniority in the said list. Writ Petition disposed of. No no costs.
