CORAM: RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.
DATE :- 03rd September, 2019 Per Court:
Both these petitions are filed by the same Bank against the borrower and guarantor, being aggrieved by the interim order dated 19.07.2019 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Aurangabad granting protection to the borrower and guarantor till their main application nos.46 and 44 of 2019 are decided.
*2* 26a27wp10902a10903o19 I have briefly heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. It is informed that both proceedings before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies (respondent no.1) are posted on 24.09.2019. Considering the fact situation as recorded above, I find that the ends of justice would be met by directing the parties to advance their oral submissions in between 24.09.2019 till 27.09.2019. In view of the above, both these writ petitions are disposed off.
The petitioner as well as the litigating sides shall advance their oral submissions and also tender written notes, if so advised, before respondent no.1 in both the proceedings and shall complete their final submissions in between 24.09.2019 till 27.09.2019. Respondent no.1 shall then close the matter for orders. He shall then post both the cases on 21.10.2019 and shall deliver his orders at 03:00 pm. All the litigating sides would remain present to note the pronouncement of the orders and the copies of the orders shall be kept ready to be supplied to the litigating sides.
