Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

Present petition is arising out of interim order dated 07.12.2021 passed below Exhibit O-5 by the learned Labour Court, Latur in BIR No.01 of 2013, whereby it was held that the inquiry conducted against the petitioner was proper. Even the said order was confirmed by the learned Industrial Court, Latur vide order dated 19.04.2022 in Revision/BIR/No.01/2022.

Now, all the counsels submit that the main complaint itself was dismissed and against which, the petitioner has filed a revision. Now, as the main complaint is dismissed and revision is filed, the petitioner may raise the issue involved in the present petition in the pending revision.
