Learned advocates for the parties tender across compromise terms and further state that they have instructions to state that the matter has been settled in terms of the compromise.

Learned advocate for the petitioner states that his client is present, he identified him and he has stated that the matter has been amicably settled.

Learned advocate for the respondents No.3 and 4 also states that he has instructions to state that the matter has been settled.

According to both the learned advocates, the terms of compromise are legal and reasonable. Both the learned advocates state that the terms are duly verified.

In view of the same, the terms of compromise are read and recorded and taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification.

As such, writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the compromise.
