We are not entraining the prayer for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to a Judicial Authority (learned District Judge-1, Bhoom) for deciding Misc. Civil Application No.46/2023. The said application would be decided in queue with all other litigants, going by the date of the lodging of the proceeding. This Petition is, therefore, dismissed.

The learned Advocate submits that the Petitioner desires to challenge an interlocutory order passed by the learned District Judge-1, Bhoom. There is no reason for this Court to make any comment on such a request since the Petitioner would have to file a Petition before the Appropriate Forum.
