ORDER :- 1.

This civil application is for bringing on record LRs of deceased sole applicant. The applicant expired on 19.1.2021. The present application is filed on 14.9.2021. Since the death occurred during pandemic period, there is no delay in filing the present application. In view of the order passed by the Supreme Court Suo Motu writ petition No. 3 of 2020, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

Amendment be carried out within two weeks. Civil application is disposed of.
