Heard learned Counsel for respective parties. 2.

Mr Dhorde, learned Senior Counsel appearing for applicant pointed out that in spite of stay order passed by this Court, the grievance committee intends to proceed with the enquiry. He submits that it is necessary to stop the proceedings of Complaint No.21/2020 filed by respondent no.5 before the grievance committee.

This Court was pleased to grant ad interim relief vide order dated 16.9.2021 and the same needs to be confined in terms of prayer clause (B).

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) Both the petitions be listed for disposal at admission stage on 6th January 2022.
