PER COURT:

1] Mr. Jaybhar, learned counsel submits that the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 be directed to initiate acquisition proceedings and declare the award in respect of Gat No. 1137 and 1138 of village Autewadi. The State has filed affidavit of the Special Land Acquisition Officer, wherein, it is stated that the respondent No.4 is intimated to submit fresh proposal as per the corrected joint measurement report dated 10.7.2009. However, the fresh proposal is not received from the respondent No.4. On receipt of fresh proposal from the office of respondent No.4, further proceedings will be initiated as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 2] Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 is present. Respondent No.4 shall expedite the process in submitting the proposal to the

{2} 10 sr. no..odt respondent No.3. The respondent No.4 shall take steps with regard to the proposal preferably within 4 months from today and on receipt of proposal, the Land Acquisition Officer shall proceed to take steps under the new Land Acquisition Act, expeditiously.

3] With these observations and directions, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
