Present Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 2890 days in preferring Civil Application for restoration of Writ Petition No.1451 of 2006 by recalling the order dated 10.08.2010 passed by this Court.

Learned Advocates are pointing out the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No(s).23234 of 2018 on 05.03.2019, wherein the Hon'ble Supreme Court had accepted the alternative submission of the petitioner therein and directed that by consent the Writ Petition No.1451 of 2006 to be [1]

In view of the said order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, the Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of. 4.

The order passed by this Court on 10.08.2010 is hereby recalled. 5.

Writ Petition No.1451 of 2006 stands restored. 6.

Learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.1 to 3 - State and learned Advocate Mr. S. S. Bora waives notice for respondent No.5 in the main petition 7.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner to give written intimation about this order to the learned Advocate for respondent No.4 and inform him the next date and place on record the acknowledgment. 8.
