The Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

At this stage, learned advocate for the appellant submits that the charges are framed, therefore, trial be expedited. In case, trial is prolonged, liberty be granted to the appellant to

In view of above request, learned Sessions Court is directed to complete trial within one year. In the event, trial is not completed within one year, the appellant is at liberty to again approach before this Court.
