ORDER :

The applications are filed for condonation of delay of 36 days and for setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial by which registration is refused. Heard the learned counsel for applicants.

In view of the submissions made and the contents of the application, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown to condone the delay. As the learned counsel for applicants is taking blame to himself, this Court holds that the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial by which registration is refused needs to be set aside.

In the result, both the applications are allowed. Delay

CA No. 11198/2016 is condoned. The order made by the learned Registrar Judicial is set aside and the matter is restored to its original stage. If the office objections are not removed prior to 26.8.2016, the matters shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court.
