We have heard Mr. Waramaa, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the authority is not taking steps to correct the 7/12 extract of block No.2/4 situated at village Nalani Bk. Tq. Bhokardan, District Jalna. The learned A.G.P. submits that if the authorities are not taking any steps, the petitioner can approach the committee constituted under circular dated 13.02.2015.

In light of the above, the petitioner shall approach the committee constituted under circular dated 13.02.2015. The committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and issue 1/2
