Mr. Dhorde, the learned senior advocate for the applicants submits that the original petitioner who had filed writ petitions has resigned from the service, and as such, seeks another similarly situated applicant to add as a petitioner i.e. applicant No.2 to be added as petitioner No.2. 2.

We have also heard Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for non-applicant and the learned AGP.

In the light of the facts narrated above, both the civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. Necessary amendments to be carried out forthwith.
