The petitioner had completed 11 months and 13 days of service. Prior to completion of 2 years the Vasti Shala where the petitioner was working is closed down. The scheme for absorbing Vasti Shala teachers is applicable to only those who have completed two years.

Mr. Panpatte, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, if in future, the said condition is relaxed, the liberty be granted to the petitioner to agitate his right. With this liberty, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
