The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed appeal before the State Government against the order disqualifying the petitioner as Counselor. The appeal is filed on 14th October, 2020. However, the appeal of the petitioner is not heard by the Hon'ble Minister. Though earlier date was given for hearing of stay application, the same was not heard. The other matters are heard by the Ho'ble Minister.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall endeavour to decide the

2 910-WP-1128-2021 stay petition filed by the petitioner expeditiously after hearing all the parties concerned, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
