The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the caste claims of the petitioners are pending verification with the committee and same are not decided. The petitioners are taking education.

We have also heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents.

Considering the fact that caste claims seeking validity to the caste certificates issued to petitioners are pending since

2 wp 10143.19 November 2017, the respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide said proceedings expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioners. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 29th August, 2019.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
