In view of the enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court, now the matter would be within the realm of concerned District Court. As such, the matter is transferred to the District Court, Latur. The Registry shall immediate steps to transfer the present matter.

The interim order passed in Civil Application No. 10278/2015 on 24th August, 2015 shall continue for a period of one (1) month from today, so as to enable the appellant to file appropriate application before the District Court.

Needless to state on lapse of one month, interim protection granted by this Court shall come to an end.
