Heard learned counsel for the applicants. None present for the respondent no. 2. We have heard the learned APP for the State. During the pendency of the Criminal Application, chargesheet has been submitted. Copy of the chargesheet is also filed along with the Application.

By way of Criminal Application no. 2092 of 2021, amendment is sought in the prayer clause for quashing of the criminal proceedings. In view of above and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of.
