On appearance of the sole respondent, he has filed his affidavit in reply on 14.10.2021.

In paragraph 3 of the affidavit, the respondent makes the following statement :- "3.

...... The answering respondent specifically say and submit that he is having no objection for transfer of HMP No.1165/2019, pending on the file of Family Court, Bandra to Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhusawal." 2.

In the wake of the aforesaid consent, Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B, which reads thus :- "B) The petition for divorce filed under Section 13 (1)(ia) (ib) of Hindu Marriage Act, HMP No.1165/2019 pending before Family Court, Bandra may transfer to Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhusawal."

The Family Court, Bandra is directed to forthwith transmit the record of HMP No.1165/2019 pending on it's file to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusawal, for determination. 4.

Since the HMP is of the year 2019, the learned CJSD, Bhusawal is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the said proceedings within a period of one year from it's transfer. kps ( SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE, J.)
