We have heard Mr. Awasarmal, learned Counsel for the petitioner. The learned Counsel submits that fourteen appeals are filed by the petitioner and directions to respondents are sought to decide those appeals.

The learned Counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4 submits that out of 14 appeals filed by the petitioner, 13 appeals are now already decided. As far as one appeal is concerned, the same is not traceable.

The petitioner may give details of the said appeal to the respondents and if the same is not traceable, file of the said appeal be reconstructed and thereafter the said appeal shall also be decided expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
