We have heard Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the nonapplicants. 3.

Under order dated 13.06.2018 we have not decided the merits of the contentions of either of the parties. The submission was made by respondent no.3 that the order of reversion assailed in the present writ petition has been cancelled. In paragraph no.3 of the order dated 13.06.2018 we had observed that as the order of reversion stands

(2) 901-ca-13931-2018 cancelled, the purpose of petitioners stands served and we disposed of the writ petition.

We have not decided the matter on merits nor we have considered the contentions of the either parties. Once statement was made by the learned counsel for respondent no.3 that the order of reversion is cancelled, the petition is disposed of. We have not decided the rights of parties either way.

Civil Applicant stands disposed of alongwith Review Application.
