ORDER:- 1.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 82 days in filing the appeal. The delay appears to be caused due to her financial crisis. The respondents, though served, but remained absent.

Considering the statutory right of the applicant, the delay period as mentioned in this application stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections.
