We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned Advocate for the MSRTC. Both the Petitioners are social workers. They have preferred this Writ Petition. 2.
Having heard the learned Advocate for the MSRTC, without going into the aspect of locus-standi of these 2 Petitioners, this Writ Petition is disposed off in view of the statement of the learned Advocate for the MSRTC that the construction of the new bus stand, which is about 1 kms away from the old bus stand, has been khs/August 2024/8726
- 2 - undertaken and as per the time period mentioned in the tender, the construction will be completed. In so far as the old bus stand is concerned, he submits that the same is in good condition and the MSRTC has not come out with any plans for any type of renovation.
