The interim relief granted by this Court while disposing of the writ petition by order dated 3.7.2017 stands extended till the post of Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal No.1, at Mumbai is filled in. So far as the order passed, bearing outward No. 548/2017 dated 25.5.2017 is concerned, no such protection can be extended for the reason that no appeal has been provided against the order passed under Section 7-Q of Employees Provident Fund and Misc.
