The applicant is resident of some other State. While granting him bail vide order dated 01st April, 2022, the Court has imposed condition of attending the concerned police station twice a week. It is informed that he has complied with the said direction so far.

Since he is resident of some other State, the Court is inclined to relax the condition in terms of following order :-

ORDER

(I) Criminal application is allowed.

(II) The applicant shall attend Dhule City Police Station, Dist. Dhule once a month until conclusion of trial. ( R.G. AVACHAT, J. ) SSD 1 / 1
