ORDER :

Both the applications are filed for review of the order made by this court in Civil Application No. 5873/2014 (in First Appeal Stamp No. 14045/2014) and Civil Application No. 5874/2014 (in First Appeal Stamp No. 14042/2014). This Court has refused permission to file appeal as pauper, as indigent person after hearing both the sides extensively. Relevant material was considered by this Court.

Today the learned counsel for applicant submitted

Review Appln.Nos. 14 & 15/2015 that he has some record to produce. He drew attention of this Court to copy of income tax return from 2011 and 2012 and submitted that hardly the income tax of Rs. 860/- was paid. He submitted that the medical shop was in partnership, but partnership was dissolved. However, there is no record to show that the dissolution was informed to the authority constituted under the Partnership Act. He submitted that shop, premises was destroyed during road widening process of the Local Body and shop was not available as source of income.

This Court has considered all the relevant circumstances and the conduct of the present applicant showing that his financial condition was good. On merits, this court rejected the applications filed by the applicant. This Court sees no reason to review the previous order. So, the applications are rejected.
