We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for respondents.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner would be decided by the scrutiny committee within a period of one (01) month from today.

The petitioner may appear before the scrutiny committee on 21.12.2020.

The statement of the scrutiny committee that the validation

The mark sheet of the petitioner may not be withheld only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. However, the degree certificate and other documents shall not be given to the petitioner unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
