ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant status quo ante in relation to impugned Mutation Entry No.1459 of Gut No.63 at Village Kahala, Tq. Naygaon, Dist. Nanded and for that purpose may issue necessary orders."

The learned AGP submits that the pending representation of the Petitioner can be decided by Respondent No.2, within the timeline as is directed by this Court.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the mutation entry No.1459 in relation to Gut No.63 should not have been taken by the authorities until the appeal period is over. 5.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect Respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 06.07.2023 and decide the same within thirty (30) days from today.
