The petitioner states that he has given application to the Respondent No. 2 in the year - 2007. The application is moved for inquiry relating to administration of the wakf institution. Even notice was issued pursuant to the application of the petitioner on 14th August, 2007, but further process was not conducted.

Respondent No. 2 shall consider the application of the petitioner and whether any further process is conducted pursuant to the notice dated 14th August, 2007, issued by it (Exhibit - B). The steps shall be taken expeditiously, as may be permissible in law, after hearing all parties concerned. The Respondent No. 2 shall endeavour to take cognizance of the application of the Petitioner and decide it in accordance with law, after adhering to the principles of natural justice, expeditiously and preferably within one (1) year.
