The validation proceeding is pending. In earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner bearing writ petition No. 3922 of 2020, this Court had directed the Committee to decide the validation proceeding within a period of six months from the date, the petitioner appears i.e. 26.03.2020. In spite of the above, the impugned notice is given by the employer. 2.

The validation proceeding is still pending. The interim orders passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner under order dated 12.03.2020 in writ petition No. 3922 of 2020 are still the validation proceeding is decided.

Though the employer is served, none appears for the employer. 4.

In light of the above, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. The Committee shall decide the proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 8th March, 2021.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
