The Petitioner has put-forth prayer clause-A as under: "A) Issue writ of mandamus or writ in the nature of direction to the respondents to complete the execution proceeding of partition in view of sec. 54 of C.P.C. and in view of order of this Hon'ble Court dt. 10.4.1990 accepting the consent terms of partition in CRA No. 332 of 1989 and to file the compliance report as early as possible and within three months in Regular Darkhast No. 21 of 2002 before Civil Judge Junior Division Parner."

The fees for measurement have been deposited by the Petitioner on 25.07.2013, after the Collector passed an order on 14.03.2005, directing the office of the Land Records, Parner to carry out the measurement.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the District Collector to complete the proceedings in the light of the precept having been received from the Executing Court, within 90 days and submit a compliance report to this Court after expiry of this period.
