The petitioner has completed the Mechanical Engineering course in the year 2020. The validation proceeding is still pending. The petitioner seeks directions to issue mark sheets to the petitioner.

The respondent No. 3 may issue mark sheets to the petitioner. However, degree certificate and other documents shall not be issued to the petitioner until the petitioner produces validity certificate. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously. The petitioner shall also give an undertaking to the respondent No. 3 that in case the petitioner fails to get validity certificate, he will pay full fees to the respondent No. 3.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
