The present civil application is filed impugning order of rejection of plaint under Order 11(a) and (d) of the Civil Procedure Code. It constitutes the decree within the meaning of Order II Rule 2 of the Civil Procedure Code. Hence, the appeal under section 96 would lie. 2.

In that view of the matter, civil revision application is disposed of with liberty to file appropriate proceeding as permissible under law.
