This appeal is pending for admission since the year 2013. The appellant was the defendant against whom the decree of permanent injunction not to disturb the suit land of the plaintiff was passed. He could not succeed in the First Appeal. Hence, he approached this Court. The original suit is of the year 2003.

After twenty years, the possibility of losing the interest in the litigation cannot be ruled out. Since nobody appeared for the appellant, the appeal stands dismissed for default. 5.
