The present writ petitions arises out of orders passed below Exhibit-5 in R.C.S. Nos.87 of 2016 and 60 of 2016. 2.

Learned advocates appearing for respective parties submits that now the suits have been reached at the stage of evidence and parties are ready to lead the evidence and co-operate for early disposal of suits.

In that view of matter, since the injunction granted by the Trial Court is operating against petitioners, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the suits expeditiously and within a period of one year from today.

Writ Petitions stand disposed of.
