The learned counsel for the respondent husband pointed out that respondent is Central Government employee and ready to pay the travelling charges to the applicant wife, if she has to attend the dates at Pune. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks time to take instructions.

Later onThe learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submits that respondent husband would not be having any objection, if his Marriage Petition PA No. 311 of 2020 pending in Family Court Pune is transferred to CJSD Ambajogai. However, the learned counsel for the respondent requested for making the same time bound before the concerned court CJSD, Ambajogai. Such request cannot be accepted since the courts below are over burdened. At the most expeditious disposal can be directed. In view of the same, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The Marriage Petition PA No.311 of 2020 pending in Family Court Pune is transferred to Court of CJSD, Ambajogai for disposal according to law. (iii) The respondent is directed to appear before the CJSD, Ambajogai on or before 25/01/2023.

(iv) The CJSD, Ambajogai is directed to decide the aforesaid petition as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one year from the date of receipt of the proceeding.

(v) The respondent will be at liberty to seek convenient date for all the proceeding going on between the applicant and himself.
