Mr. Nerlikar, learned APP submits that the investigation pursuant to the complaint filed by the petitioner is almost complete. Opinion of finger-print expert is awaited.

Mr. Bolkar, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that even other prayers are made in the petition for conducting narco test etc. 3.
Charge sheet is not yet filed. Learned APP states that investigation is almost complete and report of expert is awaited. Learned APP also states that the statements of witnesses are also recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the fact that the investigation is almost complete, we are not ready to accept the prayer for transfer of investigation. As far as prayer for arrest is concerned, the accused, except accused No. 6, were arrested. The said prayer also does not survive. With regard to other prayers, the petitioner may make the said prayers if occasion so arises.
