It has come to the notice of this Court that when the matter was fixed before the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 03.09.2025, the petitioner/ husband, for some reason, could not reach office of the learned Registrar. However, in order to get one more chance as regards settlement between them, both are willing to appear before the learned Registrar today itself.

Both the parties are directed to remain present before the learned Registrar (Judicial) today itself. 4.

If possible, the learned Registrar (Judicial) is requested to look into the grievance of the parties today. If today is not possible, he may give a particular date as per his convenience. He may furnish the report to this Court before the next date.

Put up the matter on 17.10.2025.

Parties are at liberty to circulate this matter even before 17.10.2025 if the terms of settlement are finalized before the learned Registrar.
