The petitioner is challenging the order dated 09.09.2021, whereby respondent no. 2-scrutiny committee, refused to validate his 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificate.

The impugned order is a common order in the matter of the petitioner and his son Vishal.

In Writ Petition No. 10375/2021, by the judgment and order dated 06.07.2023 Vishal's challenge to the self-same judgment and order was sustained and after quashing and setting aside the committee's order, he was directed to be issued with a certificate of validity with usual conditions. 5.

It is being a common judgment and order, no different view is possible.

The writ petition is allowed partly.

The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The respondent no. 2committee shall immediately issue certificate of validity to the petitioner of 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe. It shall be co-terminus with the validity of the blood relatives which the committee has decided to reopen. 8.
