The applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing an undertaking. Vide this application, the applicant makes a request to transmit the 50% of the amount to the Tribunal in order to facilitate withdrawal of the said amount.

I have heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties.

There would be no impediment to allow the present application. Registry shall transfer the 50% of the amount allowed to be withdrawn to the concerned Tribunal and the applicant shall file an undertaking as directed by this Court before the concerned Tribunal.
