2] The First Appeal has been disposed of in Lok Adalat dated 8/4/2017. The applicants are the original claimants. The present application has now been filed for allowing one of them to withdraw the amount of compensation, for and on behalf of all the claimants.

3] The applicants have produced registered Power of Attorney executed by the rest of the applicants-claimants in favour of claimant Madhusudan Shankarrao Deshmukh authorising him interalia to receive compensation for and on their behalf.

4] In view of such power, the application is allowed. The Applicant No.2 Madhusudan Shankarlal Zunzunwala be paid the entire amount of compensation as agreed before the Lok Adalat for and on behalf of all the claimants. Application is disposed of.
