The learned counsel submits that the proposal was submitted for staff approval. The Education Officer has already recommended it to the Director of Education (Primary) on 06.07.2018. The Director of Education (Primary) has not taken any decision upon it as yet.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2 3.

In case, proposal of the petitioner for sanction of staff approval (Page No.51) is pending with Director of Education (Primary), then Director of Education (Primary) shall take decision upon it
