In connected matters, 65% of the amount deposited in this Court has been permitted to be withdrawn. Hence, the applicants herein are also permitted to withdraw equal amount, in terms of following order :- The applicants are permitted to withdraw 65% of the amount deposited in this Court, 50% on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 15% on submitting solvent surety/security/bank guaranty in the like amount.
