Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

Present proceeding is arising out of the order dated 10.06.2022 passed below Exhibit O-8 by the learned Industrial Court, Ahmednagar in Complaint (ULP) No.60 of 2016, whereby the transfer order dated 13.07.2016 was declared as illegal and the same was set aside.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent/employee never reported to the duty. Even he further submits that since 2016, he had not attended the duties. 4.

As this matter before the learned Industrial Court was pertaining to transfer order that was issued in the year 2016 and even this position was not controverted by the counsel for the respondent/employee that he has not reported to the duty since 2016, the petition deserves to be allowed.

In view thereof, writ petition is allowed. The order dated 10.06.2022 passed below Exhibit O-8 by the learned Industrial Court, Ahmednagar in Complaint (ULP) No.60 of 2016 is hereby quashed and set aside.
